All aspects of this hotel were up to par.

It was a lovely location right on the river with a variety of accommodation styles. They also had a free boat trip to take you to the Amphawa market leaving at 4pm and returning at 8pm. The staff were very helpful, when returning to Bangkok we decided to get a minivan but did not know where to get it from. They got a boat for us and escorted us across the river and walked us to the bus station to get us safely on the bus, which was definitely going the extra mile!

We satyed in a lovely old Thai house however you need to be aware that they are made of thin wood panels so have no soundproofing, so we were awoken by the barking dogs next door and could hear the neighbours talking in their room (very clearly)!

everybody was really nice and helful. Kindness was the best quality together with beautiful spot and place.

I am not english mother language, then I don't want and I cannot complain about that, but maybe at the hotel there should be someone speaking a good english (for any problem,,,,)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't find anything to complain about.

We had a chance visit the hotel on Christmas day to celebrate Birthday. The hotel staffs nice and friendly. The service is beyond our expectation. We are definitely going to visit the hotel again.

The view from the hotel is amazing, as it overlooks a beautiful river. the hotel is located in a remote and quiet area, perfect for those who want to escape the busy city life. Another thing that we enjoyed was the traditional Thai-style rooms, which were nicely decorated.
